Seiken Ryu Karate Association

Val Nicholls, 5th Dan, is a working Mum of two boys and married to Pete. She works part time managing sheltered accommodation, has a masters degree in business management and studies both Karate and Aiki Jujitsu in her spare time.  Having studied with many other instructors Val has a wide knowledge of other styles and martial arts.

 

Val holds Seiken Ryu karate coaching and refereeing certificates., was a trustee of Kidsown out of school club for several years and has been a karate instructor since 2004.

 

Val has officiated at many of our competitions and is a member of our Dan grading panel
